Dear Loyal Blog Readers:
For as long as my book Polynesian Dreams has been
available on all the Electronic book sellers such as Nook, Kindle, WaveCloud,
Ebooks, Kobo and others I have been promoting it on this blog and on other
media.
My big challenge has been to explain what Polynesian
Dreams is all about. Sure, it follows my life from a young boy growing up in my
native Holland to my coming to age, serving in the Dutch Navy, Merchant Navy
and finally immigrating to America and serving in the US Army. Okay, this might
be the story of many people but what is different about my story is that I
lapsed in a life of drugs, alcohol and other addictions. My book is more than
anything else on how to break addictions that are ruling your life.
I firmly believe that every human being born on this
planet is born with an invisible part. A
part just like your are born with organs such as a heart, brains, lungs, kidney
and all the other organs to make up the human anatomy you are also born with a subconscious
or as I like to call it an inner voice. It is not an organ, you cannot repair
it with surgery, you cannot remove it and it will not show up in an X-ray or
any MRI procedure.
Yet, it is there and will be there until the day you
die and some believe beyond.
This inner voice wants you just like the motto in ads
for the American Army be all you can be. It is your friend, wants to guide you,
lead you to a life of health, prosperity and success. However, it can only do
this if you listen and obey this inner voice. The prisons and jails are
overflowing with individuals that instead of listening, ignored their inner
voice. I certainly did until I was on a death spiral and finally realized that
there was a voice inside of me warning me, not once but time and time again. I
did not listen but when I finally did, I regained my health, prosperity and
respect from myself and others.
Why do people ignore this subconscious voice? Is it
because it is like gossamer, fragile and not loud and obvious? Think back to a time in your youth when you
wanted to do something you should not, steal a pack of gum, disobey authority,
like your teacher or law enforcement. Your inner voice warned you. Did you
listen? If you did you were saved from trouble. If you did not, you were on a
slide that could have eventually severe consequences. My book is filled with
advise I received from my inner voice. We all come to forks in the road of our
life, I managed to take the wrong one, although the voice inside of me told me
which one I should take. I did not listen. Result, chaos, ruined health,
finances, hurting others, and much more. How to listen to your subconscious
inner being is the main theme of Polynesian Dreams. The electronic bookstores
sell the book for the enormous sum of $3.79 and my proceeds are donating to
charity. If you cannot afford this I will gladly send you the book in PDF
format in a WeTransfer file to your email. Contact me but please first read a
few sample chapters that are available on all the ebook sites. Thank you for
reading this long blog. Johan Van Oldenbarneveld.
