Monday 6/9/2014.
Another day, another dollar, in my case another book sale. If you think that just because people are able to order your book for reading on their tablet or laptop, you are going to be disappointed. I see a lot of books selling for 99 cents, this sounds desperate to me. I refuse to sell something that I worked on, sweat over for less than $8.50. I am 84 and financial independent, my portion I donate to charity, those who sell their book for 99 cents get about 45 cents per book. I believe they, like me, want people to read their book. Nothing wrong with that, in fact, if there is anybody that cannot afford the $8.50 and I gladly send my manuscript in PDF and Word format via We Transfer to their email address. Just put your email address in the comments and the book, Polynesian Dreams if on its way.
Of course, I like you to order it via Amazon Kindle, Barnes&Noble Nook, WaveCloud.com, Ebooks, Google Book, Kobo or other exchanges. Again, I donate my approx. $4.00 to Animal Friends of the Valley and The Wounded Warrior Project. So far I have not received a red cent but the book has only been on one month. It is an inspirational tale, a pinch of sex, a dash of adventure, lots of insights, a little what the future will hold but a lot on how I managed to rid myself of some bad addiction and made myself whole again.
If you are having problems with a large variety of addictions that seem to be beyond your control, you might like to find out how I manage to heal myself.
I wrote about D-day in a previous blog. Here is a photo of yours truly and Captain Tom Glenn, USAF (ret) on Veteran's day at the George Patton Museum. Comments are very welcome.
